77 Register of burials outside cemetery (1) The Agency must establish and maintain a register of burials located outside a cemetery. (2) The register must include the following: (a) the information mentioned in section 66; (b) the information provided under section 76(1); (c) for a burial in a burial ground – the name of the representative for the burial ground; (d) for a burial in an undeclared area or a suspended cemetery – the name of each interest holder;
