35 Minister may revoke declaration of burial ground (1) The Minister may, by Gazette notice, revoke the declaration of the burial ground if there is written consent from each interest holder of the burial ground for the revocation. (b) the representative for the burial ground; (c) the location of the burial ground; (d) the date the revocation takes effect.
