34 Minister may change details of burial grounds (1) The Minister may, by Gazette notice, change the following details of a burial ground: (b) the representative for the burial ground; (c) the location of the burial ground.

Burial and Cremation Act 2022 22 (2) Before the Minister changes the details of a burial ground under subsection (1), the Minister must: (a) be satisfied there is written consent from each interest holder of the burial ground and the representative for the burial ground; and (b) have regard to any matters prescribed by regulation relating to changing the details of a burial ground.
