31 Declaration of burial ground (1) Subject to section 32, the Minister may, by Gazette notice, declare an area of land to be a burial ground for the burial of human (b) the name of the representative for the burial ground; (c) the location of the burial ground. (3) For a burial ground that is located on Aboriginal land, the burial ground may incorporate more than one area of land held by one or more Land Trusts.
