209 Crematoria (1) On the commencement, a crematorium approved under section 14 of the repealed Act is taken to be a facility under this Act. (2) On the commencement, a person who was approved to erect a crematorium under section 14(2) of the repealed Act is taken to be a person who holds a licence to operate a facility under section 123(1) of this Act.
