203 Transfer of exclusive right of burial in cemetery (1) Despite section 58 of this Act, on the commencement, an exclusive right of burial granted under section 29 of the repealed Act that has not expired before the commencement, may be transferred in accordance with regulation 18(2) of the repealed Regulations as in force immediately before the commencement. (2) The transfer of an exclusive right of burial mentioned in subsection (1) must occur within 60 years after the commencement. (3) After the commencement, an exclusive right of burial may only be transferred once.
