201 Closed cemeteries and semi-closed cemeteries (1) On the commencement, a cemetery that was declared to be a closed cemetery under section 36(1) of the repealed Act is taken to be a closed cemetery under section 106 of this Act. (2) On the commencement, each of the following cemeteries is taken to be a semi-closed cemetery under section 103 of this Act: (a) Alice Springs General Cemetery; (b) Darwin General Cemetery.
