184 Failure to keep permanent records A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is a responsible entity for a cemetery or facility; and (b) the person intentionally engages in conduct; and (c) the conduct results in a contravention of a requirement on the person to keep a permanent record under this Act for a cemetery or facility and the person is reckless in relation to that result.
