181 Revocation of suspension notice (1) The Minister may revoke a suspension notice if the Minister determines that the responsible entity for a facility that was required to suspend operation under section 175 remedied the irregularities or contraventions specified in the suspension notice. (2) If the Minister revokes a suspension notice that applied to a facility, the Minister must give notice in the Gazette that the suspension notice has been revoked.
