180 Requirement to forward permanent records (1) If the Minister revokes a licence to operate a facility under section 179(1), the person who held that licence must forward the facility's permanent records to the archives service within 9 months of the revocation. (2) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes the requirement under subsection (1).
