179 Revocation of facility licence (1) The Minister may revoke the licence to operate a facility if, after the issue of an enforcement order or suspension notice in respect of the facility, the specified contraventions or irregularities are not remedied. (2) If the Minister revokes the licence to operate a facility, the Minister must give notice in the Gazette that the licence to operate a facility has been revoked.
