176 Content of suspension notice A suspension notice under this Division must be in writing and (a) state the grounds on which it is issued; and (b) state the date the suspension takes effect; and (c) state the actions or measures that the responsible entity for the facility is required to take in order to:

Burial and Cremation Act 2022 93 (d) specify a date by which the responsible entity for the facility is required to comply with the suspension notice; and (e) state the maximum penalty for contravening the suspension notice; and (f) state that the responsible entity for the facility may seek a review by NTCAT of the decision to issue the suspension notice or any of its terms.
