169 Burial in suspended cemetery (1) Subject to any conditions stated in the suspension notice under section 168(1), the burial of human remains of a deceased person may occur in a suspended cemetery. (2) A burial mentioned in subsection (1) is taken to be a burial at a location outside a cemetery and must be done in accordance with Part 3, Division 4.
