167 Requirements after issue of enforcement order The responsible entity for a cemetery to which an enforcement order is issued must, by the end of the period specified in the order, report, in writing, to the Minister: (a) the steps taken by the responsible entity to address the matters raised in the order; or (b) if no steps have been taken – the reasons why no steps have been taken.
