165 Content of enforcement order An enforcement order under this Division must be in writing and (a) state the grounds on which it was issued; and (b) state the actions or measures that the responsible entity for the cemetery is required to take in order to: (c) specify a date by which the responsible entity for the cemetery is required to comply with the order; and (d) state the maximum penalty for contravening the order; and
Burial and Cremation Act 2022 89 (e) state that the responsible entity for the cemetery may seek a review by NTCAT of the decision to issue the order or any of its terms. Note for paragraph (e)
