163 Inspector's report (1) If an inspector finds evidence of an irregularity or a contravention of the Act in the operation or administration of a cemetery or facility, the inspector must report the matter to: (a) the CEO; and (b) the responsible entity for that cemetery or facility. (2) If the irregularity or contravention appears to involve dishonesty or serious illegality, the CEO must report the matter to the Minister.
