162 Confidential matters (1) A person must not refuse to comply with a requirement under section 156 or 160 because the answer, information, record or document is confidential.
Burial and Cremation Act 2022 88 (2) Despite subsection (1), the person is not required to comply with the requirement if it requires the person to disclose legally privileged information.
