158 Procedure for entry Before entering any premises in the exercise of a function under this Act, an inspector must: (a) announce that the inspector is an inspector who is authorised under this Act to enter the premises; and (b) show the inspector's identity card to any persons present at the premises in accordance with section 159; and (c) give any persons on the premises a reasonable opportunity to allow entry to the premises.
