148 Manager must notify applicant of prohibition notice If a prohibition notice is given to the responsible entity for a cemetery or facility or the manager of a cemetery or facility under section 145(1), the manager must immediately notify the applicant who was given a burial approval or a disposal approval for the human remains to which the prohibition applies that a prohibition notice has been given for those human remains.
