125 Contravention of condition of licence (a) the person holds a licence to operate a facility; and (b) the licence is subject to a condition under section 123(3); and (c) the person intentionally engages in conduct; and (d) the conduct results in a contravention of the condition and the person is reckless in relation to that result. (2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(a) and (b).
