123 Minister may grant licence to operate facility (1) The Minister may grant a person a licence to operate a facility. (2) A person may, in writing, apply to the Minister for a licence to operate a facility. (3) The Minister may, in a licence granted under subsection (1), specify conditions in respect of the operation of a facility. (4) The Minister must give notice in the Gazette that a licence to operate a facility has been granted. (5) The notice must specify the following details: (a) the responsible entity for the facility; (b) the location of the facility or, if it is mobile, a description that identifies the facility; (c) each process available at the facility for the disposal of human
