109 Notification of semi-closed cemetery and closed cemetery The responsible entity for a semi-closed cemetery or a closed cemetery must ensure that the following information is displayed at the cemetery: (a) a statement that the cemetery is a semi-closed cemetery or a closed cemetery; (b) the information contained in the declaration under section 105(3) or 108(3).
