sec.5 Requirements for registration of relevant documents
A relevant document must be— in the approved form; and in conformity with directions of the registrar of titles about the required format for a relevant document. In this section— relevant document means— a plan; or a plan of amalgamation; or a notice of conversion. s 5 amd 2021 Act No. 12 s 148 sch 3 (sec.5-ssec.1) A relevant document must be— in the approved form; and in conformity with directions of the registrar of titles about the required format for a relevant document. (sec.5-ssec.2) In this section— relevant document means— a plan; or a plan of amalgamation; or a notice of conversion.
