sec.16 Remission of referee’s fees
The referee may excuse a person from paying a fee, or part of a fee, payable to the referee. However, the referee may act under subsection (1) only if the referee is satisfied the person is suffering financial hardship. s 16 amd 2022 SL No. 43 s 3 (sec.16-ssec.1) The referee may excuse a person from paying a fee, or part of a fee, payable to the referee.
