sch.2-sec.7 Less than required number of nominees for election as other committee members
If the number of nominees for election as other committee members is less than the number of other committee members required to make up the committee— the nominees are taken to be elected as other committee members of the committee; and schedule 1 applies instead of this schedule to the nomination and election of the number of committee members, other than those mentioned in paragraph (a) , required to make up the committee.
