sch.1-sec.4 Sole nominees for election as chairperson, secretary or treasurer
If there is only 1 nominee for election as chairperson, the nominee is taken to be elected as chairperson. If there is only 1 nominee for election as secretary, the nominee is taken to be elected as secretary. If there is only 1 nominee for election as treasurer, the nominee is taken to be elected as treasurer. (sch.1-sec.4-ssec.1) If there is only 1 nominee for election as chairperson, the nominee is taken to be elected as chairperson. (sch.1-sec.4-ssec.2) If there is only 1 nominee for election as secretary, the nominee is taken to be elected as secretary.
