58 Copy of notice of imminent lapse of building permit to be provided Within 7 days after a notice is issued under regulation 56 or 57, the relevant building surveyor must cause a copy of the notice to be given to— (a) the owner, if the applicant for the relevant building permit is not the owner; and (b) the builder who is specified as the builder in the building permit subject to the notice of imminent lapse.
