31Prescribed matters

31 Prescribed matters For the purposes of clause 7(2) of Schedule 2 to the Act— (a) a matter set out in column 2 of the Table in Part 1 of Schedule 5 is a prescribed matter in relation to the chief officer; and (b) a matter set out in column 2 of the Table in Part 2 of Schedule 5 is a prescribed matter in relation to the relevant council; and (c) a matter set out in column 2 of the Table in Part 3 of Schedule 5 is a prescribed matter in relation to the relevant service authority; and (d) a matter set out in column 2 of the Table in Part 4 of Schedule 5 is a prescribed matter in relation to the relevant electricity supply authority.
