280 Exemption for Class 10 buildings on farm land (1) The relevant council may exempt a Class 10 building that is to be constructed on farm land and used for farming purposes from all or any of the requirements of these Regulations. (2) If the relevant council grants an exemption from all of these Regulations under subregulation (1), a building permit and certificate of final inspection under the Act are not required for that building.
