256A Authority to be advised of nominee director changes (1) For the purposes of section 175C(a) of the Act the prescribed information is— (a) the name and registration number of the person who has ceased to be a nominee director; and (b) the day on which the person ceased to be a nominee director. (2) For the purposes of section 175C(b) of the Act the prescribed information is— (a) the name and registration number of any new nominee director appointed and the day on which the appointment was made; and (b) the name and registration number of any person who has ceased to be appointed as a nominee director and the day on which the appointment ceased.
