24 Applications for building permits (1) An application for a building permit must be in the form of Form 1. (2) For the purposes of clause 1(a) of Schedule 2 to the Act, the prescribed information to be contained in the application is the information set out in Form 1. (3) For the purposes of clause 1(b) of Schedule 2 to the Act, the documents to accompany the application are— (a) the documents set out in Form 1 to accompany the application; and (b) subject to regulation 27, the documents required under regulations 25, 26 and 28. (4) An application for a building permit must contain sufficient information to show that the proposed building work will comply with the Act and these Regulations.
