227 Essential safety measures not to be removed from approved locations The owner of a building or place of public entertainment must ensure that any essential safety measure required to be provided in relation to the building or place by or under this Act or any previous corresponding Act is not removed from its approved location except for the purpose of inspection or testing of, or the carrying out of maintenance on, that essential safety measure.
