211 Safety officer qualifications (1) For the purposes of regulation 210(b), the Authority or the chief officer may publish a list of safety training qualifications that may be held by a person engaged as a safety officer on the website of the Authority or the chief officer. (2) The relevant building surveyor must have regard to the qualifications published under subregulation (1) when determining the safety training qualifications that must be held by a person engaged as a safety officer for the purposes of complying with a condition imposed under regulation 210.
