208 Exemption from permit for temporary structures (1) For the purposes of section 16(6) of the Act, building work is exempted to the extent it relates to a temporary structure prescribed by regulation 207. (2) A temporary structure prescribed by regulation 207 is exempt from these Regulations, other than regulations 210 and 212. If a prescribed temporary structure is used for the purpose of providing public entertainment it must have an occupancy permit under Division 2 of Part 5 of the Act and meet the requirements of the Authority under that permit.
