147P Form and fee for registration application (1) An application for registration under this Division must be made in the form of Form 22 and be accompanied by— (a) any documents required in that Form if available; and (b) the registration fee determined by the relevant council in accordance with the **Local Government Act 1989**; and (c) in the case of an application for registration under regulation 147L, the information search fee determined by the relevant council in accordance with the **Local Government Act 1989**. (2) The maximum registration fee payable to the relevant council for an application for registration under this Part is 2·15 fee units. (3) The maximum information search fee payable to the relevant council is 3·19 fee units. Reg. 147Q inserted by S.R. No. 116/2019 reg. 11.
