56 Transitional matters for wastewater management systems (1) Regulation 4(1)(c), as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply to plumbing and drainage work (including the design of the work) that was started before the commencement. (2) Despite subregulation (1), the building practitioner and the owner of the building or land on which the plumbing and drainage work is being carried out may agree to have the work carried out in accordance with regulation 4(1)(c), as in force after the commencement, if: (a) a building permit is not granted before the commencement; and
