46 Exemption of work from sections 63 and 70 (1) Sections 63 and 70 of the Act do not apply to work. (2) However, sections 63 and 70 of the Act, as in force immediately before the commencement (respectively) of sections 23 and 27 of the amending Act, apply to work.
