4Building Code and other codes adopted

4 Building Code and other codes adopted (1) Subject to these Regulations, the following apply to any building that can be classified according to use under Part A6 of the Building Code and to any building work referred to in the Act or in the Building Code: (a) the Building Code; (b) the Plumbing Code; (c) the Code of Practice for Wastewater Management. (1A) If there is any inconsistency between the Code of Practice for Wastewater Management and the Plumbing Code, the Code of Practice for Wastewater Management prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
