32 Minimum distances for Class 1 or Class 10 buildings Subject to these Regulations, a Class 1 or Class 10 Building must be situated on an allotment not less than: (a) 7.5 m from the street alignment of a primary street; and (b) where the allotment has a frontage to more than one street – 2.5 m from the street alignment of the secondary street; and (c) 1.5 m from boundaries other than the street alignments referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b).
