25 Notification, cancellation or amendment of building order (1) A building certifier who makes a building order must notify the Director within 48 hours of the making of the building order. (2) The Director is taken to have refused a request for the amendment or cancellation of a building order if the Director has not decided the request within 10 days after the day on which the request is made.
