Division 5 Other matters Building (RBI and Fidelity Fund Schemes) Regulations 2012 37 (2) Before appointing a person to be a consumer representative, the Minister: (a) must be satisfied that the person has suitable qualifications and experience for the appointment; and (b) may require the person to provide particular information in support of the appointment. (3) The appointment of a consumer representative is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the instrument of appointment.
