70 Duty to notify contravention of prudential standards (1) This regulation applies if a trustee of an approved scheme becomes aware of any matters that could lead to, or result in, the trustee or another trustee contravening a prudential standard. (2) The trustee must give written notice of the matters to: (a) the other trustees; and (b) the Minister.
