#### 68 Enforcement provisions of ACL that extend to building product offences 68 Enforcement provisions of ACL that extend to building product offences > > (1) The following provisions of the ACL apply to an offence against Part 3 of this Act in the same way as they apply to a contravention of, or an offence against, a provision of Chapter 4 of the ACL— > > > > > (a) section 207 (Reasonable mistake of fact), > > > > > (b) section 208 (Act or default of another person etc), > > > > > (c) section 209 (Publication of advertisements in the ordinary course of business). > > > (2) The following provisions of the ACL apply to an offence against Part 3 of this Act in the same way as they apply to a contravention of, or an offence against, a provision of Chapter 4 of the ACL— > > > > > (a) section 214 (Penalties for contraventions of the same nature etc), > > > > > (b) section 215 (Penalties for previous contraventions of the same nature etc). > > > (3) This section is subject to the regulations.
