#### 36 Publication and use of results of building product investigation 36 Publication and use of results of building product investigation > > (1) The Secretary may impose or amend a building product use ban, as the Secretary considers appropriate, to reflect the results of a building product investigation. > > > (2) The Secretary may publish notice of the results of a building product investigation. > > > (3) The Secretary must publish on the internet notice of the results of a building product investigation if the Secretary has published notice of the Secretary’s intention to conduct the building product investigation. > > > (4) If the Secretary publishes the results of a building product investigation, the Secretary may, if the Secretary considers it appropriate— > > > > > (a) identify any building or class of buildings in which the building product has been used, and > > > > > (b) identify how the building product has been used in a building or class of buildings.
