#### 25 Revocation of affected building notice 25 Revocation of affected building notice > > (1) The Secretary must revoke an affected building notice if the Secretary is satisfied that— > > > > > (a) the building concerned has been made safe, or > > > > > (b) the building is not an affected building. > > > (2) The Secretary may revoke an affected building notice on the application of an owner of the building or on the Secretary’s own initiative.
