### sec.54E Excluding persons from undertaking trust account reviews and preparing account review reports
If, at the end of the show cause period, the commissioner still believes grounds exist for excluding a person from undertaking trust account reviews and preparing account review reports, the commissioner may decide to exclude the person.
If the commissioner decides to exclude the person, the commissioner must give the person an information notice for the decision.
The decision is a reviewable decision under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 , section 86 .
The exclusion applies for 3 years and takes effect from the later of the following days—
the day the person is given the information notice;
the day stated in the information notice for that purpose.
In this section—
information notice , for a decision of the commissioner, means a written notice stating—
the decision; and
the reasons for the decision; and
that the person to whom the notice is given may have the decision reviewed within 28 days; and
how the person may have the decision reviewed.
