### sec.54D Ending show cause process without further action
This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for a show cause notice, the commissioner no longer believes grounds exist for excluding a person from undertaking reviews of trust accounts and preparing account review reports.
The commissioner must not take any further action in relation to the show cause notice.
The commissioner must give the person written notice that no further action is to be taken in relation to the show cause notice.
