### sec.54F Commissioner may publish information about exclusions The commissioner may publish a list of persons the commissioner has decided to exclude from undertaking reviews of trust accounts and preparing account review reports. However, the commissioner must not include a person on the list— until after— the period during which the person may apply for a review of the decision; and if the person does apply for a review of the decision—a decision on the review is made; and if the decision to exclude the person is overturned on review or appeal. s 54F ins 2020 No. 24 s 63 (sec.54F-ssec.1) The commissioner may publish a list of persons the commissioner has decided to exclude from undertaking reviews of trust accounts and preparing account review reports.
