43A Documents forming part of building code—Act, s 136 (1), def building code, par (b) The following documents published by the Australian Building Codes Board from time to time are prescribed: (a) each volume of the National Construction Code series that includes a notation that it forms part of the Building Code of Australia; (b) the Housing Provisions Standard. Note The National Construction Code and the Housing Provisions Standard do not need to be notified under the Legislation Act because s 47 (5) and (6) does not apply (see Act, s 136A and Legislation Act, s 47 (7)). The National Construction Code and the Housing Provisions Standard are accessible at www.ncc.abcb.gov.au.
