36B Applications for demolition orders to be referred—Act, s 63A (4) (1) This section applies if the custodian of the land on which a building is located intends to apply to the construction occupations registrar for a demolition order for demolition of the building. (2) Before making the application, the custodian must refer the application to an entity mentioned in an item in schedule 2A if the demolition involves something prescribed in schedule 2A in relation to the entity. (3) A referral under subsection (2) must be accompanied by a copy of the documents mentioned in the Act, section 63A (4) (a) to (e).
